Sober Transitional Living & Discipleship Program
- Sober Home transitional living is highly recommended as part of the continuum of care after treatment. The House of Promise transitional sober living homes is a residence for those who have completed treatment at a rehabilitation facility, coming out of prison or someone who needs a sober environment because they are not yet ready to return to the community. To live in one of our homes a person must agree to participate in a one year, four phase Christian transitional discipleship program which provides daily support and teaching designed to help a person integrate back into the community either through schooling or work. Each phase is designed to assist the newly sober person in transitioning back into society to live independently.
